The New ŠKODA Superb Combi at Mošnov for the First Time

Visitors of NATO Days in Ostrava & Czech Air Force Days may look forward to the introduction of the traditional Czech car manufacturer’s new pride – ŠKODA Superb Combi. Moreover ŠKODA AUTO Czech Republic is the exclusive partner for the third time in a row. 

“As user of the second generation ŠKODA Superb Combi I am excited about this premiere. It is certainly going to drag a lot of attention, just like ŠKODA design VisionC exhibition did the last year. After all, VisionC elements were used during the development of the new generation of Superb,” said Zbyněk Pavlačík, chairman of Jagello 2000.

ŠKODA AUTO a.s. is the exclusive partner of NATO Days in Ostrava & Czech Air Force Days for the third time. “We are delighted, that the greatest Czech car manufacturer, connects its name with the biggest security show in Europe. NATO Days in Ostrava & Czech Air Force Days also serve as a social event for delegations coming from all over the world. It is more than appropriate, that ŠKODA Superb fleet is used for transportation of event’s distinguished guests,” stated Zbyněk Pavlačík and also revealed that organization team uses fleet of reliable ŠKODA Rapid.

The exclusive partnership is closely linked to the ŠKODA AUTO exclusive presentation, which is prepared for visitors. The new ŠKODA Superb Combi will be officially presented for Czech public for the first time at NATO Days. Authorized dealers will begin selling the car simultaneously with the premiere at the show. Vehicle has two impressive features - boot and interior space, both largest in its class that make the most pleasurable of experiences. Space isn’t vacuous emptiness, but serve a purpose. Even more space is now packed with dynamic and elegant appearance from the inside as well as from the outside.

Moreover another car, this time very unconventional, will be presented at the ŠKODA AUTO Stand. ŠKODA FUNstar, pickup based on concept of ŠKODA Fabia, is the result of collective work of 23 apprentices from ŠKODA Vocational School. This is the second time of this kind of trainee project has been undertaken at ŠKODA. The aim has been to encourage the apprentices’ creativity, teamwork and expertise of vocational students. This trainee project highlights the Czech manufacture’s commitment to the high quality of theoretical training and combines it with practice.

At the ŠKODA AUTO stand, visitors of the show will have the possibility to see the complete model line of the automotive. Their children will also have fun, they will enjoy face painting and an inflated ŠKODA car for jumping, while the older kids will enjoy an electronic hockey goalkeeper and raceboxes. All visitors will have a chance to take a photo with ŠKODA hockey mascott or buy clothes from the ŠKODA collection in the ŠKODA Boutique. Then there will be a presentation of the new ŠKODA Fabia in cut from Institute of Transportation Safety with a unique display of crash test clips.
