Przyloty i ćwiczenia

Dla kibiców lotnictwa ponownie podajemy wykaz przylotów i ćwiczeń samolotów na Dni NATO w Ostrawie & Dni Sił Powietrznych Armii RC. W zestawieniu podane są samoloty, które wystąpią podczas programu, czy to na pokazie statycznym czy dynamicznym, lecz również maszyny pomocnicze, dowożące zaplecze materiałowe czy ważnych przedstawicieli państw obcych, które jednak nie wezmą udziału na pokazach.

Przypominamy, że ze względów zachowania zasad bezpieczeństwa i niezakłóconego przebiegu przygotowań, przyloty można obserwować tylko z  poza terenu lotniska Leoše Janáčka Ostrava. Z tego samego powodu nie ma możliwości wjazdu na drogę pomiędzy Petřvaldíkem a Albrechtičkami. Przypominamy dalej o zakazie wstępu na tereny pod osią pokazów lotniczych (patrz).

Despite its size, Hind is one of the fastest helicopters on the sky. It can fly over 300 km/h. Czech Hinds belong to 221st Tactical Squadron of attack helicopters in AFB Náměšť nad Oslavou. Czech Mi-24/35 Hinds will be replaced by US made Bell AH-1Z Viper. Mi-171Sh is a heavy transport helicopter. Mi-171Sh is the latest version of Mi-8 Hipp. It has more powerful engines enabling the helicopter to operate in hot and high conditions. It has a new rear loading ramp and ballistic protection. Czech Air Force modernised its Mi-171Sh on NATO standards, updating their avionics, electronics, self defence and communication systems, ballistic protection and adding door-mounted six-barrelled rotary machine gun. Mi-171Sh can lift 4 tonnes of cargo and fly up to 250 km/h. Its average fuel consumption is 900 litres per hour. Czech modernised “Hippos” served in Afghanistan NATO led mission.

Czech Air Force modernised its Mi-171Sh on NATO standards, updating their avionics, electronics, self defence and communication systems, ballistic protection and adding door-mounted six-barrelled rotary machine gun. Mi-171Sh can lift 4 tonnes of cargo and fly up to 250 km/h. Its average fuel consumption is 900 litres per hour. Czech modernised “Hippos” served in Afghanistan NATO led mission.

The team were originally provided with the name "The Flying Dragons" Nowadays there is still 9 members of the team: Frank Millerick Team Leader, Nathen May, Liam Donovan, Dan Hurst, Chris Grey, Ryan Clark, Carl Hobbs, Alex Goodman and Luke Smith. Together they have over 3000 of parachute jumps. The Tigers have performed at a large array of events. Recently they performered at the opening of the birthday celebrations for Her Majesty Queen Margrethe ll of Denmark. They are attending NATO days after 3 years.

Arrival on static display MiG-15 was widely used among Soviet block countries. Its dogfights with US made F-86 Sabre during Korean War are legendary. This MiG-15UTI was made in the Czech Republic by Aero Vodochody company in 1955. Later, it served in Poland and after the fall of iron curtain it found its way to USA, California as a private jet. Czech Flying Legends bought this fighter in 2013 and brought it back to the Czech Republic. After a thorough refurbishment, MiG-15UTI is flying again. It is a subsonic fighter jet with maximum speed over 1000 km/h.

It has a maximum range of 8900 km and it can fly at a maximum speed of 880 km/h. Its four Europrop International TP400-D6 engines are the most powerful single rotation turboprop engines used in Western armies. Single engine can generate 11000 horse power. Pilots operate from a modern “glass cockpit” with head-up display (HUD) based on commercial Airbuses. German A400M took part in fight against ISIL when deployed to Jordan and supporting and refuelling German Tornadoes flying reconnaissance missions over the region.
