Germany will present a wide range of ground equipment
This year, the presentation of the German Armed Forces will again not be limited to the extensive participation of the air force. For the static and dynamic displays at the 25th anniversary of NATO Days in Ostrava & 16th Czech Air Force Days, they'll bring equipment and personnel from all their key branches – from the army and air force to the navy and civil defense services.
Visitors can look forward to seeing a cross-section of heavy and light armored vehicles and engineering equipment. The navy will also be represented by the EC-135 light helicopter.
"Germany's abundant participation once again proves why it has long been one of the most important partners of our event. No other country regularly sends representatives from so many armed and security forces to NATO Days," says Zbyněk Pavlačík, chairman of Visitors will also be able to see the Puma infantry fighting vehicle, which is equipped with advanced armor and systems to protect the crew from chemical and biological weapons. This vehicle was also considered for the Czech Army, but withdrew from the tender.

The presentation will include the Dingo armored vehicle, the Enok light multipurpose vehicle, the Audi A6 and Mercedes Benz G300 special vehicles from the VIP escort category, and other logistics vehicles.
In addition to the military, Germany will also offer a presentation by the Federal Agency for Technical Relief (THW), which serves to defend and protect the German population. It will showcase its heavy machinery and specialized equipment used in natural disasters and technical interventions. Among other things, visitors will be able to see trucks with pumps and lighting systems, off-road reconnaissance vehicles, and mobile command posts.Jagello 2000. "At the same time, it still manages to present new and rarely seen things. We are so happy that after nine years, the Tiger combat helicopter, which is rarely shown to the public, is returning."
The dominant feature of the ground static displays will be heavy armored vehicles, led by the Panzerhaubitze 2000 self-propelled howitzer and the Leopard 2A7V main battle tank. The latter is considered one of the best tanks in the world, and the Czech Army is also purchasing the most modern A8 version. The Leguan bridge tank, which allows frontline units to cross waterways and other obstacles, is based on the same platform and will be presented for the first time at Mošnov Airport. Leguan tanks may also appear in the Czech Army's arsenal in the future.
