The Czech Police will arrive again with diverse displays

Among the traditional participants of the NATO Days in Ostrava & Czech Air Force Days the Police of the Czech Republic, which also participates in the organization of the entire event, won’t be missing this year. Visitors can look forward to a lot of static displays, and there will also be a dynamic display by canine specialists or an action intervention by the alien police.

The Alien Police officers have prepared an attractive dynamic display in which armed people smugglers will be detained during the transfer to the territory of the Czech Republic.

"The Police of the Czech Republic is an important part of the NATO Days with regard to the number of dynamic demonstrations and presented technology, and its contribution to the organization of the event," points out Zbyněk Pavlačík, chairman of Jagello 2000. "Ensuring security and protecting public order are the main tasks of the Czech Police which shows us every year with its displays that it is properly equipped and capable of performing these tasks."

Other police forces will also present themselves at the NATO Days. The traffic police and the special order unit will show their vehicles in static displays and there will also be canine experts with model displays of the elimination of dangerous criminals with the help of K9‘s. In another action display Czech and Polish Police Task Force Units will perform together with the Jordanian entirely female combat group Quick Reaction Force Team.

In order to ensure the safety of the visitors the police officers, as in previous years, will be ready to solve various problematic situations that may arise at the event. They will ensure the smoothest traffic possible on the access roads and in the area of the event it can be, for example, a theft, the loss of a child or another crisis situation. The central place of activity of these police officers, together with representatives of other entities, will be a tent located near the commentary tower.
