Join our traditional photo contest and win event's souvenirs

Did you visit this year’s NATO Days in Ostrava & Czech Air Force Days and take some wonderful pictures? Send us the best of them and you can win event’s souvenirs.

It is done by a commission composed of Jagello 2000 representatives, professional photographers and designers. You can send your pictures till October 22, 2019 (including). Those photos can be taken not only from the weekend programme, but also Chats with pilots at Knihcentrum bookstore, arrivals, rehearsals, departures or other thematically related actions with the event.

General rules of the contest remain similar to previous years. Anyone can send up to three pictures, each of maximum size of 5 MB. It is worth choosing the ones with the great idea or best feel of the event, because it is the only criterion of evaluation.

Some submissions are disqualified every year because of not following the rules. So please be careful to send your photos as an attachment and to provide your contact information, and follow other instructions.

Pictures will be evaluated anonymously and results will be published no later than on November 11, 2019 on this website. Winners will be contacted by e-mail or telephone.

Full rules of the contest:
  1. The photo contest is organized by Jagello 2000.
  2. The contest is open for all visitors of the NATO Days in Ostrava & Czech Air Force Days 2019 (furthermore “event”), including its associate programme. Official photographers of the event and employees of Jagello 2000 cannot participate.
  3. Participants can send only their own photos, by e-mail at [email protected], till October 22, 2019, 23:59 CET.
  4. The subject of the e-mail must be Fotosoutez or Photo contest. Full name of the author, his e-mail address, postal address and phone number must be stated in the text of the message. Pictures must be sent as an attachment.
  5. Each participant can send up to three pictures, they have to be in jpg format and each of them has to has maximum size of 5 MB. Photos have to be taken at the main or associate programme of the event.
  6. Organizer will automatically reject participants who will not follow these rules.
  7. By submitting pictures participant agrees with potential use of his pictures for promotion purposes and with publishing at the event’s website and social networks.
  8. Photos will be evaluated by the commission of organizer representatives, professional photographers and designers, who will choose three best pictures. The only criterion is the most imaginative capturing of the event’s atmosphere. All pictures, that were not rejected, will be published at the Facebook page of the event and the photo with most “Likes” at November 10, 2019, 12:00 will get the Fans Award.
  9. Results will be published no later than November 11, 2019 at natodays.cz website.
  10. Authors of three best pictures and winner of the Fans Award will obtain souvenirs from the event, event’s participants or partners.
