Take part in the visitor's photo contest!

At the 25th NATO Days in Ostrava & the 16th Czech Air Force Days, you can once again take part in the popular contest. If you have captured interesting photos from the event, you can submit them to our photo contest and win commemorative prizes.

The general rules remain similar to previous years. Each contestant may submit up to three photos, with a maximum size of 5 MB each – which should not pose any limitation for 99% of images. You should mainly choose pictures that most strikingly and vividly capture the atmosphere of NATO Days in Ostrava & Czech Air Force Days, as this is the only criterion for evaluation.

The three best photos will be selected by a jury consisting of representatives of Jagello 2000 and cooperating photographers and graphic designers, while another prize will be awarded based on a public vote on Facebook. We look forward to receiving your photos by Sunday, October 12, 2025. Submissions can include not only pictures from the weekend show at Mošnov Airport, but also from pilot meet-and-greets, arrivals, rehearsals, departures, or other events linked to the show.

Every year, some entries are disqualified because they do not comply with the rules. Please make sure your photos are really attached to the email (this helps us process them more easily) and that you include your correct contact details and all required information. Photos will be evaluated anonymously, and the results of the contest will be announced on Saturday, November 1, 2025 on this website. Prizes will then be handed over individually after agreement with the winners, who will be contacted by e-mail or phone.

Full contest rules:

1. The organizer of the photo contest is Jagello 2000.
2. The contest is open to all visitors of NATO Days in Ostrava & Czech Air Force Days 2025 (hereinafter the "event"), with the exception of official event photographers and representatives of Jagello 2000.
3. Participants must be the authors of the photos and must submit their photos electronically to [email protected]
4.  no later than Sunday, October 12, 2025 (inclusive).
5. The e-mail must have the subject line Photo Contest. The body of the message must include the participant’s full name, e-mail address, postal address, and phone number. Contest photos must be attached to the e-mail.
6. Each participant may submit up to three photos. Photos must be in JPG format and none of them may exceed 5 MB. Photos must be taken at this year’s event, including any accompanying program.
7. The organizer will automatically disqualify any participant who does not comply with these rules.
8. By submitting photos, participants agree that the organizers may use them for promotional purposes and publish them on the event’s official website and social media channels.
9. Photos will be judged by a jury composed of representatives of the organizers, professional photographers, and graphic designers, who will select the three best photos. The only criterion is the most imaginative and best depiction of the event’s atmosphere.
10. All contest photos will also be published on the event’s Facebook page, and the photo that has the most “Likes” by October 30, 2025, at 12:00 noon will receive the Audience Award.
11. Results will be announced no later than October 31, 2025.
12. Authors of the three best photos and the winner of the Audience Award will receive prizes in the form of promotional items from the event and its partners.
